Reporting a problem

To help us resolve it faster, please include:

  1. Your device and operating system (e.g. Android 14, iPhone 15).
  2. The app version (Settings → About).
  3. What you were doing when the problem occurred, and what you expected.
  4. A screenshot or the exact error message, if you have one.

Account and data

You can delete your account and associated data at any time. See the Delete account page for the exact steps.
