How it works
We cannot always be together.
But we can notice when something is not right.

PazAlone connects the people who look out for each other.
We do not use it because we are expecting trouble.
We use it because if trouble comes, every minute can count — and PazAlone's task is to give a signal even when you are no longer able to.
There is someone who matters to you. And there is someone to whom you matter.
When everything is fine
Daily check-in
A single tap tells the people who matter to you that everything is fine.
If the check-in does not arrive, PazAlone first sends a reminder, leaves time to respond, and only then notifies the people you have chosen.
A small signal for someone to whom you matter.
When it would be good to have someone paying attention
Check on me
Not every situation is an emergency.
Sometimes we simply want someone to know that a message, a call or a little attention would be welcome right now.
WatchMate
Before you set out, you can set how long you have to check back in.
When the time you have set runs out, the app first sends a warning and then, if necessary, notifies your trusted contacts.
An evening walk, a long journey, work done alone or an unfamiliar place — situations where it is reassuring to know that, if it is needed, someone can receive your last known location.
When a signal has to be quick
Emergency alert
One firm movement notifies the people you have chosen.
While the phone sounds an alarm and flashes, the app sends the data you have allowed for this purpose.
FallGuard
The optional FallGuard can start an alert when it senses strong movement that suggests a fall.
You can stop the process; if you do not respond, the system can send a signal in line with your settings.
Important
FallGuard only works while the app is open and the screen is on.
Detection differs from device to device, so it is not guaranteed and it is not a medical device — please test it on your own device before you rely on it.
When help also needs information
Safety Vault
In an emergency it is often not enough to know that something is wrong; it also matters to know what to do.
In the Safety Vault you can safely prepare important medical, personal and contact information.
- You decide what you record.
- What you leave empty.
- What goes into the shareable PDF and who you share it with.
Important information should not start to be missing at the moment it is needed.
Trusted contacts
PazAlone does not send its signal to an anonymous call centre.
It notifies the people who matter to you — and to whom you matter.
They can be family members, friends or even a trusted neighbour.
The few people you can really count on.
And when nothing is wrong
PazAlone is not only present when something goes wrong.
It has a quieter side as well — a few minutes of calm, when it feels good to set the day down.
Worth knowing
PazAlone is not a medical device and does not replace emergency services.
It is a quiet, supplementary safety net that helps you notice when something is not right.
PazAlone helps people who matter to each other.
So that they can know about each other even when they are not in the same place.
